    Performance / Agents view

    ?-A filter capability is needed.  Filter by assigned queue(s), status, location, etc.

     

    Agent Status

    -Supervisors could use the ability to change a user's status remotely. In an emergency a user could leave without changing their status. And we've had plenty of times where people just forget when leaving.

     

    Queues/Queues Activity/Queues Performance

    -The ability to filter by location would be great.
