    Can we limit the number of calls on the SIP trunk on the Edge Server?

    As we have a lot of traffic on VPN

    Assuming we are talking about an external trunk here, yes. You can limit the max calls option as per the screenshot below. This is done on the SIP trunk. The SIP trunk is in turn assigned to the edge.

    Thanks Jan Botha,

    We have two sites in two countries with VPN to connect and have team to respond the clients in other country they push into not responding status and can't answer we expect that it issue with VPN so need to limit traffic on it .

    do you think this solution is useful.

    From your post above, it sounds more like a latency issue between the 2 sites. As a temporary fix, you could look at extending the dialling timeout on the queue for voice calls. The SIP trunk should not have any effect on this. I would suggest you reach out to our support group to get a full route cause investigation.
