    Is there any way to get the total number of interactions for the entire year e.g April 1,2025 to April 1,2026 ??

    Hi @Kaio Oliveira, How did you change your filter from day/week/months to a year? Below are the available presets on my Org. 

    PRESETS
    Current interval
    Today
    Yesterday
    This week
    Last week
    Previous 7 days
    This month
    This month by week
    Last month
    Previous 30 days
    Previous 3 months

    Interval
    Day
    Week
    Month
    Month by Week

    I manually selected 01/01/2025, then 01/01/2026, and it automatically changed to annual.

    Hi @Kaio Oliveira, thank you for providing screen capture. I cannot set my filter like what you did, the calendar would adjust to a month.

    looking your video I understand.
     
    The annual filter doesn't work in the "Interactions" menu.
     
    It works in "Queue Performance" and "flow Performance ".

    Hi Mahmoud

    You can also get this info on queue performance, should you only want interactions that routed to queue.

    Alternatively you can also use the DNIS performance report.

    With Genesys open, you can open the Browser developer function (F12) to see which endpoints are being used in the Genesys interface query.

    For exemple: 

    In the option "Performance queue": 

    This will show each request that the Genesys report itself is making to the APIs. (query)

    By accessing the "Content" section, you will find the specific filter being used in the interface.
