Workforce Engagement Management

Hi everyone,

I'm currently enrolled in the Workforce Management (WEM) - Self-Study course and I'm scheduled to take my certification exam tomorrow. While preparing, I noticed that the eBook for the course is missing from my learning portal - I can only see the VM (Virtual Machine) for practice, but not the actual study eBook.

I've attached a screenshot showing exactly what I see on my end for reference.

I have already emailed the Genesys Education team about this issue, but since my exam is tomorrow, I wanted to raise it here as well in case anyone from the community or support team can help expedite a resolution, or point me to an alternate way to access the study material.

Has anyone else faced this issue recently? Any guidance on how to get quick access to the eBook (or a temporary workaround) would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, especially with your exam scheduled for tomorrow.

Have you tried searching the Learning portal for "Workforce Management" or "WFM" to see if the eBook appears as a separate learning asset? Sometimes the eBook isn't displayed directly within the course page.

If it still isn't available and the Education team can't resolve it before your exam, it may be worth asking whether they can reschedule your certification exam so you have access to all the required study materials first.

Also, if you haven't already, I'd recommend logging into Webassessor, going to Register for an Exam, and enrolling in the free Genesys Cloud: Workforce Management – Practice Exam. I found it really helpful because the question format is very similar to the actual exam. Genesys also recommends using these free practice exams as part of your preparation.

Thank you so much for the detailed suggestions and for taking the time to help! Good news - the Education team got back to me with an alternate link for the ebook, so I was able to get access in time. I also went ahead and passed the exam, so I'm now a 9x Genesys certified professional!
