  • 1.  Support for the Nordic languages

    I would like to know when following functions are available for the Nordic languages. 

     

    'Play Position In Queue'

    'Play Estimated Wait Time'

     

    Norwegian

    Swedish

    Danish

    Finnish

     

    Can I do anything to solve this?

    Hi Tobias,

     

    We plan to release Norwegian - Bokmal support for the Play Estimated Wait Time and Play Position in Queue actions and Collect Input verification in a few weeks. This will be announced in release notes and documented here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-supported-languages/.

     

    Swedish, Danish, and Finnish are not currently on the roadmap. You can submit an enhancement request by contacting Customer Support as described on https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-self-support/ for support of these languages.

    Any news when

    Hi Andreas! This is something that's on our roadmap, and we hope to release it later this year or early 2018. We'll definitely announce it in our Release Notes when we roll it out. https://help.mypurecloud.com/release-notes/.
