Hello Marcela,

Could the settings on the session 1 recording be adjusted so we can download the files? Session 2 allows downloading but 1 doesn't. I'd like to make these demos readily available in our demo library so that our business stakeholders can more easily find them.

Thanks for letting us know, @Alberto Sagredo and @Casey Ramirez! We seem to be having some technical issues with the recordings on Zoom, but we're working on having those available as soon as possible. I'll let you know as soon as Session 1 becomes downloadable :)​​​

I found very useful these series, but maybe a recomendation could be for the future if you can create some "real" configuration examples so you show how to configure and reach these objetives thru configuration

@Fayestina Lopez did a great job, so nothing to argue :)

So thinking as :

- Enterprise A , has a callcenter with 20 people, wants this and this and this, etc...

Maybe presenting with a conductive thread/ histotry could make them more attractive if you plan to repeat them as series .Customers could find maybe in these examples represented their own needs or give them more ideas for their actual deployment.

Yes, unfortunately recordings expire after 90 days. The good news is we have a great many sessions that are viewable on demand in our library!

You can check out the sessions from some of our awesome WEM experts like Jeff Whitt and Paul Turner and still get the same coverage of information.
