    When will the 15 minutes interval be available in Purecloud (API)? Do we have an exact date?

    Hi Tobias,

     

    There are no immediate plans to allow 15 minute intervals to be configured. we might reconsider this again in the future but no current plans yet.

    Seven years later. Is there a plan to make 15 minute interval available in the APIs now?

    Hello Tobias, I don't believe we have a plan for this but you can certainly submit an enhancement request as I don't see an idea like this in our ideas lab, yet.
