    I have noticed that in Workspace only certain performance views have the search by the Previous 3 months options. Is it possible to add this view to the interactions view or is this set up as designed by Genesys ?.

    Hello Richard and welcome to the community, I am one of the three moderators. We are happy to have you. 

    As for your question this is currently and idea that can be found here. 

    It looks like the PM team has marked it for future consideration. I recommend going and voting for the idea as the more votes will tell the team how important it is to our customers.

    Will this idea be used for the other views which also do not have access to reports for the last 3 months ?.
