    I've been using Orchestrator more recently and one thing that stood out to me is how valuable the centralized experience becomes when you are working across multiple areas simultaneously - Architect, AI, integrations, Copilot, Data Actions, knowledge, etc.

    The "Ask Me Anything" capability is probably one of the most useful additions operationally. For teams working daily with implementations, troubleshooting, and product validation, having a faster way to navigate documentation and scattered knowledge saves a significant amount of time.

    I also think the onboarding and guided learning direction is becoming increasingly important now that Genesys is expanding heavily into:

    • AI orchestration

    • Agentic Virtual Agents

    • Copilot

    • Knowledge Fabric

    • AI Scoring

    • cross-platform integrations

    The ecosystem is growing fast, and having a more contextual/personalized learning path helps reduce the learning curve considerably.

    One thing I would personally love to see evolve even further is deeper architecture-oriented guidance, especially around:

    • production design patterns

    • observability

    • scalability recommendations

    • integration best practices

    • real-world reference architectures

    particularly for customers building complex AI and orchestration solutions.

    One of the main things that stand out for me in the Orchestrators program is how it is designed to make anyone, from those new to Genesys Cloud to the more experienced ones, familiar with not only the GC platform, but the entire ecosystem around it.

    • Education is a great place to get started when you're new to Genesys Cloud and need to learn the foundational knowledge that enables you to go deeper in knowledge in different areas of expertise.
    • Advocacy gives us real-life testimonials and experiences that come directly from customers using Genesys Cloud, and it is inspiring to see how Genesys Cloud is setting a new level of Customer (and Agent, Supervisor, Manager, Admin, Developer...) Experience.
    • The community is a place that speaks for itself: It is incredible to see how much talent is out there. The Community is a lively place, and an invaluable source of knowledge that comes directly from the "field", where everybody is willing to help each other.

    The Genesys Orchestrator encourages you to learn more, to contribute more and to become better and better each day!

    For me, the Genesys Orchestrators opened my eyes for what Genesys Cloud is truly capable of in the hands of the skilled professionals that make this Community a great place! It is satifying to see the number of Maestros increasing each day (I'm getting there too)!

    Hi Lina,

    I've found the "Ask Me Anything" feature especially useful as a quick way to navigate across different Genesys resources and surface relevant information faster.

    I also really like how Orchestrator brings together learning, community, and capability discovery into a more connected experience rather than needing to jump between multiple platforms separately. The personalization aspect definitely helps make the recommendations feel more targeted over time as well.

    By far, Ask Me Anything is my top choice. It has really improved the way I search for information.

    The other two, in no particular order, would be Community and Education.

    The updated version of Education makes it much easier to navigate between courses, webinars, workshops, and other learning resources.

    And Community speaks for itself. Being able to connect with other Genesys Cloud users and exchange experiences is extremely valuable.

    And community talks by itself... Reach other Genesys Cloud users and experience exchange is amazing!

    I received some feedback from some colleagues from partners and customers and I found valuable they try to keep engaged to the activities and games. I think we have a very well designed user experience here, very dynamic and friendly. Maybe we may have at some point, like campaigns with special tasks/activities that allows people more flexibility to getting higher levels, that's what they pointed out but I get that's part of the game.

    Hi Lina,

    I like the approach you take regarding some of the capabilities we can find in Genesys Orchestrator.

    Having "Ask me anything" available 24/7 is definitely a huge advantage. This intelligent assistant simplifies many of my searches and helps me have the information at hand when I need it. Furthermore, the portal has two "Ask me anything" options: one "general" and another focused on support.

    On the other hand, I think "Capability Acceleration" is another option worth highlighting, as it helps explore functionalities with short but efficient readings. This allows for greater confidence and helps us start considering evolution plans to try out new features.

    In the resources menu, we also find the "Best practices" option, which provides links to the resource center with best practices that we can implement in our operations. This small library seems incredibly valuable to me, as it gives me a different perspective on what I'm using and how I can use it.

    Definitely, the Genesys Orchestrator program offers many tools that can help us in our daily work. 🤓

    Hi Lina,

    I've started exploring Genesys Orchestrator, and the feature that stands out the most for me so far is the centralized experience, especially combined with Ask Me Anything.

    For someone working on Genesys Cloud projects involving Architect flows, routing, integrations, bots, documentation, and testing, having a single place to find learning resources, community content, and guidance can save a lot of time.

    Ask Me Anything is especially useful because it helps reduce the need to search across multiple sources when trying to find official information or understand where to start.

    I also see a lot of value in profile personalization, because each role has different needs. A functional analyst, developer, QA analyst, architect, or WFM specialist may all be looking for different types of guidance.

    One improvement that would make Orchestrator even more useful, in my opinion, would be more practical guided paths by role or project scenario, such as Architect implementation, Data Actions and integrations, bot design, testing strategy, or post-go-live support.

    Overall, I think Orchestrator has strong potential to support continuous learning and adoption, especially when it connects users to the right content at the right moment in their Genesys journey.
