    I've been using Orchestrator more recently and one thing that stood out to me is how valuable the centralized experience becomes when you are working across multiple areas simultaneously - Architect, AI, integrations, Copilot, Data Actions, knowledge, etc.

    The "Ask Me Anything" capability is probably one of the most useful additions operationally. For teams working daily with implementations, troubleshooting, and product validation, having a faster way to navigate documentation and scattered knowledge saves a significant amount of time.

    I also think the onboarding and guided learning direction is becoming increasingly important now that Genesys is expanding heavily into:

    • AI orchestration

    • Agentic Virtual Agents

    • Copilot

    • Knowledge Fabric

    • AI Scoring

    • cross-platform integrations

    The ecosystem is growing fast, and having a more contextual/personalized learning path helps reduce the learning curve considerably.

    One thing I would personally love to see evolve even further is deeper architecture-oriented guidance, especially around:

    • production design patterns

    • observability

    • scalability recommendations

    • integration best practices

    • real-world reference architectures

    particularly for customers building complex AI and orchestration solutions.
