i may be missing something as weve only been with Genesys for about 2 weeks now, but is there a way to view/export more than 30 days/1 month of interactions at a time?

Unfortunately, the limit is 30 days for filtering interactions. There is a post in the Ideas Lab to extend this view and you can vote for it to help move it along. Search for idea: DARAR-I-1523 or https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DARAR-I-1523
