    Is anyone using a reporting mechanism that is not the out of the box solution, currently provided by in the PureCloud UI?  We have tried PureInsight, A3S and Brightmetrics, but have failed to move past a POC.  Just trying to get some recommendations on what application is everyone using.

    Depends on what you are looking to do.  The ones you tried are more of replication and transformation with the ability for self-formatting.  I would suggest you also look at this one:  Genesys AppFoundry - Avtex Insights (mypurecloud.com) and this one:  Genesys AppFoundry - Emite (mypurecloud.com).

    If you can wait a bit, Genesys is also creating some mechanisms to export data into your own data lake where you can use Power BI, Looker, Big Query, or Tableau to sift through the data.
