  • 1.  72 hour history for SMS interactions

    HI there, 

    The maximum history shown in an active SMS is 72 hours. Would it be possible to expand the time of this history to 30 days? We use the SMS function in a case management context, and it limits our ability to provide continuity of service.

    From what I can see, it's currently not possible to extend the time past 72 hours - https://help.genesys.cloud/articles/messaging-threading-timeline/.
