  • 1.  802.1X authentication

    We are setting up Poly VVX 350 phones using ZTP.  We have been able to get the phones to register on our network, but if we daisy chain a computer off of the phone, 802.1x authentication is failing for the computer.  Has anyone run across this issue?

    We found out the issue was with the firmware version on the phone.  We updated the firmware from version 6.4.3.5059 to 6.4.5.1251.  According to this link a minimum version of 6.4.4 is required.  I am trying to find out what is needed for Genesys to update the firmware version they support/publish on the Genesys Cloud platform.
