I had some issues last week when I refreshed Genesys that it would take an unusually long time to load. Sometimes the browser would not respond. This is using MS Edge. However when I used another device on another browser, it worked fine and I thought it might have been a VPN/Internet Security related issue.
Now this week those issues have disappeared and everything loads normally like before.
But regarding your issue above, I've refreshed when in Admin but Admin loads up again, not the Interactions tab. Is there a specific Admin page you're on, or just the landing page with all the links?
