  • 1.  A nuisance on refresh.

    Anyone noticed this week that if you are on Admin and you refresh the browser, you are sent to Interactions and if you go to Admin page, you have lost your place and placed back at the main Admin screen?  This was not the case before and a HUGE nuisance.  Perhaps fallout from the Multicontextual panels?

    I had some issues last week when I refreshed Genesys that it would take an unusually long time to load.  Sometimes the browser would not respond.  This is using MS Edge.  However when I used another device on another browser, it worked fine and I thought it might have been a VPN/Internet Security related issue.

    Now this week those issues have disappeared and everything loads normally like before.

    But regarding your issue above, I've refreshed when in Admin but Admin loads up again, not the Interactions tab.  Is there a specific Admin page you're on, or just the landing page with all the links?

    I cant replicate this issue.  Are you using a particular browser or desktop app?  Does it do the same in a different browser?

    I found the correlation.  If you are On Queue and you are in ANY admin screen, a browser refresh in Chrome or Edge will send you to a full screen Interactions view and you have to open up the Admin slider to get back to your Admin screen.  If you are Off Queue, it refreshes the Admin page alone and it stays focused on the Admin view.  

    I don't remember this behavior before the latest updates to the multicontextual panels.
