  • 1.  A way to export a list of Wrap Up codes?

    Does anyone know if there is a way to export a list of the wrap-up codes we have in PureCloud?  We making some updates and changes to our wrap up codes, but we have 1150+ codes.  I would like to export a list to excel and not have to go one by one in the Admin panel to review them.

    I use the API Explorer on developer.mypurecloud.com: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/developer-tools/#/api-explorer

    Search for wrapup to get close, then under Routing>Wrapupcodes use the GET to get a list of codes (/api/v2/routing/wrapupcodes)

    Leave all the settings at the default and it will bring back a JSON list of all the configured codes.

    Thanks George and Lindsay for asking the question. I was just assigning a bunch of wrap-up codes to a queue and now I see that I could do that via the API. I'll have to give that a whirl next time (:
