    Hi Team,

    Can you clarify whether Genesys has plans to support A2A (Agent‑to‑Agent) orchestration and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for Virtual Agents?

    Specifically, we want to know if Genesys VAs (including Agentic VA) will be able to interoperate with other agent frameworks like:

    • AWS Bedrock Agents
    • Salesforce Agents
    • Other MCP‑compatible systems

    Is there any roadmap, documentation, or timeline available for these capabilities?
