From what I understand, you're referring to A3S Real-Time from AppFoundry. I've seen some organizations using it mainly to extend the native real-time visibility in Genesys Cloud.
The biggest efficiency people usually mention is having more flexible real-time dashboards and wallboards, especially for operations teams that need quick visibility without building custom reports. It can help supervisors monitor queue performance, agent status, and service levels in a more visual and centralized way.
Another benefit is reducing the need to manually pull analytics or build external dashboards, since the tool can present key operational metrics in real time for the floor or NOC-style monitoring.
That said, the value really depends on the use case. If a team already relies heavily on custom BI tools or the native Genesys dashboards are enough, the gains might be smaller.
Now, specifically regarding WFM data, I haven't worked with it yet.
