    Hi,

    Is there a way to edit the wrap-up code that an agent has used for a call after the call has ended?

    Hello Helen,

    An agent will not be able to edit the wrap-up code that they selected after a call has ended. An admin should be able to change the wrap-up code used via API by using our Dev Tools.
