  • 1.  Ability to report on transfers calls into a particular Queue

    All - Just want to check if there is any idea open in the ideas lab to capture number of calls transferred into a queue which we can get in queue performance Tab.

    As of now we have could available which gives the count on how many calls transferred out of particular queue !

    I would show interactions and show the column for user segments and if you see more than 1, most likely it was transferred or an agent did not answer the call.
