  • 1.  About "Access Policies" feature

    Hi all!!!!

    Is it possible use "Access Policies" feature to build a policy that disallow all agent to access Genesys Cloud? We got this consult, we got some several ideas how to implement this but looking on release notes this week, I wonder if using native "Access Policies" could be doable.

    Do you have examples how to use "Access Policies" feature?

    Hi Saugort Dario,

    I have some experience working with access policies, primarily to prevent users from creating unnecessary roles or granting themselves unauthorized permissions. However, using them to restrict platform login is an interesting use case. The link shared by Jason Kleitz includes several templates that you could use as a starting point for your tests.

    Keep in mind that these policies are generally intended to restrict certain users from viewing, using, or editing specific configurations.
