    Is it possible to detect the disconnection and process the call if the customer disconnects in the middle of the IVR?

    Only through a notification web service at this time.  You would have to watch for the disconnect and then run a workflow or data action when you see it and get the conversationId.  You can find out about notifications here:  Overview (genesys.cloud)
