    Is it possible to have multiple users at the same time with the API?
    If possible, please tell me the API name and how to write JSON.
    Also, what kind of behavior will it be when registering a user with the API?
    (For example, can only new skills be added without erasing existing skills?)

    I'll take a stab at this:
    1. Oauth users (authentication) can access an API multiple times as the same time and if the API is set to change multiple users, then the answer is yes.
    2. I think you are asking for which API changes user skills (called routing skills).  That would be:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-users--userId--routingskills.  There are also some for bulk changes and to remove all.  This one will not overwrite existing skills.  

    Let me know if I misinterpreted your questions.
