There is no way to "import" these recordings into Genesys Cloud, but you could use the Genesys AppFoundry product for this. We have developed our own store and search application for our customers.

My client recently had migrated to Genesys from Cisco. They were using Cisco Unity phone system for the call recording, currently reside on a shared server. Is there a way for my client to access them from the Genesys platform or any AppFoundry provider who can facilitate this feature?
