    Hello Community,

    We need to be able to access the transmission headers of an email. This is where we track the path of the email, who sent it, through which server, etc, etc. it looks like this:

    Received: from AM5EUR02FT011.eop-EUR02.prod.protection.outlook.com (2603:10a6:209:89:cafe::5b) by AM6PR10CA0013.outlook.office365.com (2603:10a6:209:89::26) with Microsoft SMTP Server (version=TLS1_2, cipher=TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384) id 15.20.5102.17 via Frontend Transport; Tue, 29 Mar 2022 10:01:43 +0000 Authentication-Results: spf=pass (sender IP is 192.xx.xx.xx) smtp.mailfrom=sent-via.netsuite.com; dkim=pass (signature was verified) header.d=sent-via.netsuite.com;dmarc=pass action=none header.from=sent-via.netsuite.com;compauth=pass reason=100 Received-SPF: Pass (protection.outlook.com: domain of sent-via.netsuite.com designates 192.xx.xx.xx as permitted sender) receiver=protection.outlook.com; client-ip=192.xx.xx.xx; helo=mta-174-81-17.netsuite.com.sparkpostmail.com; Received: from mta-174-81-17.netsuite.com.sparkpostmail.com (192.xx.xx.xx) by AM5EUR02FT011.mail.protection.outlook.com (10.xx.x.xx) with Microsoft SMTP Server (version=TLS1_2, cipher=TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384) id 15.20.5102.17 via Frontend Transport; Tue, 29 Mar 2022 10:01:42 +0000 X-MSFBL: tCTsaCjpsiG4dbj769gnTkzvsIH95k88CwoaifopUp8=|eyJyIjoidGVfZ3RzX2N sb3VkY29udGFjdGNlbnRlckB0ZWxlZm9uaWNhLmNvbSIsIm1lc3NhZ2VfaWQiOiI 2MjNkMDBkOTQyNjJlOWE3ZTA3ZCIsInRlbmFudF9pZCI6InNwYyIsImN1c3RvbWV yX2lkIjoiMTgzNzk5Iiwic3ViYWNjb3VudF9pZCI6IjEifQ== DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=sent-via.netsuite.com; s=scph0318; t=1648548096; i=@sent-via.netsuite.com; bh=BqayYVkGM65pGHBxMDYWu8VyS8088F8w/7QU8dn6Orc=; h=Date:From:To:Message-ID:Subject:Content-Type; b=WVdilsg8tR9uP7MuVHaUg8a/Gf3Hi2R3UHR4YDaDA9800FbFs/FCukPaa8h3t7Olp x7eSh3icLmYKLLUweW4IXaSF8vW9gDDv7zkuNA5VhCYh9uaor3HaeKIXb3zS8k1rpP V4VQnBX4jRbHW4by0LtEx9ZwHq6X730n4fE0Z5jo= Authentication-Results-Original: ad.mta1vlct.cc.prd.sparkpost smtp.user=<hidden>; auth=pass (LOGIN)

    Is there any way to access this information, perhaps through an API?

    Thanks

    Not a present without some 3rd-party SMTP server parsing this for you.  You could vote on this idea:  view email header when taking interaction | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    This app has an advanced email app for Genesys that can get additional data for you.

    Thanks Maksim for the recommendation of the app, I have seen that the app has many advanced capabilities, does it also have enabled access to the mail headers?
