    I Stumped on this. I have one Manager who doesnt have access to review the transcript of a recorded call. I going through all the Permissions to update her and I cant find where to give her access. Anyone know?

    Hope your doing well.

    Will try my best to help with the info provided!

    First question, have you tried mirroring roles of another user who isn't experiencing the issue? or are you making a new role from scratch for this user?

    Voice Transcriptions
    Speech and Text Analytics > Settings > View
    Speech and Text Analytics > Settings > Edit
    Routing > Transcription Settings > View
    Routing > Transcription Settings > Add
    Routing > Transcription Settings > Edit
    View sensitive data: Recording > Recording > ViewSensitiveData permission
    SpeechAndTextAnalytics > Data > View permission
    Recording > Recording > View or Recording > RecordingSegment > View permission

    Hi Travis

    Thanks for your query

    The settings you should need here are:

    • View sensitive data: Recording > Recording > ViewSensitiveData permission
    • SpeechAndTextAnalytics > Data > View permission
    • Recording > Recording > View or Recording > RecordingSegment > View permission

    Specifically the viewSensitiveData should just be used if they user should be able to see redacted information.

    If you're finding this is not the case, please let us know what permissions you are using
