The settings you should need here are:
- View sensitive data: Recording > Recording > ViewSensitiveData permission
- SpeechAndTextAnalytics > Data > View permission
- Recording > Recording > View or Recording > RecordingSegment > View permission
Specifically the viewSensitiveData should just be used if they user should be able to see redacted information.

I Stumped on this. I have one Manager who doesnt have access to review the transcript of a recorded call. I going through all the Permissions to update her and I cant find where to give her access. Anyone know?
