From what I could see, there is currently no built in feature in Genesys that would be able to assist with this.
I was able to find the following on Genesys resource center - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-accessibility/
There is also mention of using the browser based tools for this feature. I see there are a few ideas on the Ideas on the Idea-portal.
Not sure if someone else on the community is aware of a better way to achieve this.

Our communication center has recently hired a coordinator whose disabilities present a challenge using the program. They require an "Immersive Reader", meaning a tool that will transcribe the conversation live between the team member and the caller, and allow them to review that information after the call is completed. The tool needs to be HIPAA compliant, as we work in healthcare. Any suggestions are appreciated!
