    Hi, We are using an API to directly route a CRM item using the email API so we are not going through an email IVR. Is there anyway to access the FromName in the Scripts. We can see this in the call log so I guess we could build an action to query this I just wanted to confirm there was no simpler way.

    The only email fields we see are the From EmailAddress and the Subject.

    That's something we could consider adding you need it.

    This would be nice to have. Our customer is routing a CRM work item and this field contains the customers Name. The work item will pop the CRM record which should show the name anyway, they just want this to appear in the script so it is consistent with other WebChat and scripts.
