    How to access Production Org for Historical Recording/Reporting when Production Org is completely Down and when running in Disaster Recovery Org?

    We are deprecating our BYOC Premises Edge Remote Survivability later this month. If you have not seen the announcement already, you can read more about this in the Resource Center.

    If you are using our cloud-based solution you should have access to the reporting and recording data since it is hosted in the cloud. You can read more about this works in this Resource Center article.
