    Good day​,
    We are focused on providing you regular webinars to make it easy to understand how PureCloud is evolving. In order to make it convenient to access these webinars these are available via a separate card within the Genesys Knowledge Network as shown below.

    To access the roadmaps:

    After logging into the Genesys Knowledge Network select the It looks like you own, PureCloud section shown below:

     

     

    This will take you to the PureCloud / My Products page which will provide you quick access to the PureCloud Roadmap presentations and recordings.
