    Hello All,

    I have a question that can we receive the ACD call or IVR call on the genesys communicate android mobile application. I have been trying to test it but have not been successful.

    Do we need additional license to use the mobile application for business. Under what license category one can use mobile application features?

    Any license category that has calling should support using the Communicate mobile apps for business calling.
