Sure, you can view the skills number in the label column. You can then also see if the skill was removed - will reflect in the old value column. If a new skill was added, it will reflect in the New Value column.

Here you can see the date and time of when the skills was either added or removed. The Entity Id is the user ID for the agent that was updated.

The first thing that comes to mind is the Audit viewer. Unfortunately intervals cannot exceed more than the last 14 days
Not sure if anyone else is perhaps aware of another way to get this information.

Our team adjusts ACD skills for each user depending on if they are working a regular shift or an incentive shift. We are trying to pull a report to see if and when skills are adjusted /changed by each user. Is there a way to pull this information easily?
