    Please, 

    Someone could me explain what is exaclty concept about paid time of the an acitivity-code?

    When I must configure these activity how paid time or no paid time?

    We have the default code as non-paid hours and non-working hours, as I think the agent is not at work. Could this be the concept? Any activity code that an agent is not present, we should consider paid time no, right?

    It depends on your labor laws and/or company policies/desires. E.g., you may decide to have paid breaks, but have unpaid meals. Some time off might be considered paid while there may be some time off that is unpaid (unpaid leave is pretty common across the world).
