Someone could me explain what is exaclty concept about paid time of the an acitivity-code?
When I must configure these activity how paid time or no paid time?
We have the default code as non-paid hours and non-working hours, as I think the agent is not at work. Could this be the concept? Any activity code that an agent is not present, we should consider paid time no, right?
