    Hello.

    Am I missing a way to change the colours of the activity codes?  I would like to colour code the shifts so its easier to understand and view. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi Doug. Unfortunately this is not yet a feature available in Genesys cloud. I agree that being able to customize the colour of activity codes would have a highly positive impact for anyone who views and manages schedules. Please upvote this idea from the product enhancement lab if you haven't already. It has fairly significant support already so I'm surprised this hasn't been considered for development yet.
