    Hi there,

    Is there a way for me to see the detailed of my activity plan?

    I'm looking for something that will provide me not just the date & time - but also who specifically was scheduled for that date & time.

    For certain trainings, other departments create calendar invites so our agent's direct Supervisor knows when each member of their team is scheduled to be off queue. 

    I tried the export option, but it's solely for headcount purposes & doesn't provide any names. Just the number of people scheduled for each certain date & time. 

    As a work around, I'm going through each one and viewing attendee or opening up each person's schedule in the schedule view, but it's not really efficient. 

    Any suggestions would be incredibly helpful :)  Thank you!

    Unfortunately, this or using APIs is the only way to create/access the report/data you are looking for.

    I've created the idea WESCH-I-532 Activity Plan Session details Report for this enhancement. Please take a look at the idea adding your vote and comments.
