    below you will see nothing in Q4 TSR Tier2 - how ever when you click on that que then you see there is something in there waiting. not sure how you are to manage a crew of people if the main que activity screen doesn't show correct information on what interactions are waiting.

    Hi James,

     

    You are correct and these very issues have been escalated and are being worked on. I'm not certain on when the updates that will make the queue activity information more consistent and accurate will make it to production, but the fixes are on their way.
