I checked the default voicemail flow and help page on Genesys https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/voicemail-flow-overview/
Although you could make a language specific FindUserPrompt, you still need to create the prompt (either voice or TTS) and update the entire voicemail flow.
Wonder if recording voice and add to the specific language for the used prompts in voicemail flow, would not be easier and quicker.
I did however create an idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SSAIVRC-I-4 for having system prompts "open up" for this kind of functionality.
It does make it more customer friendly, where only one type of voice is heard through the entiry flow.

I don't think we can delete system prompts or remove the existing audio files on system prompts, except updating or uploading a new audio files based on the language. For your case, it seems the possible option is to edit the default voice mail flow, and add the logic to check for current language(bl-be) on the call flow, in case if it is matched then instead of using the system prompts to play the menu options or any messages, add your TTS blocks to play message content, so that it will use enhanced TTS engine to playback the content. Hope it might give the closest match for your requirement and no need to record and upload all the system prompts for the language bl-BE. I have not implemented this, just trying to mimic the functionality what you are expecting. Hope this helps.

Is it possible to add Enhanced TTS texts to system prompts.
We have a Belgium office using voicemail. Currently the system prompts for voicemail can be used for nl-NL but not for nl-BE.
This is a serious problem for customers in Belgium, who insist in having Dutch/Flamish prompts spoken.
I have added the Genesys Enhanced TTS language for nl-BE in the organization Settings.
However, when I add the language nl-BE to the system prompt and I open for instance 'voicemail_please_leave_message' prompt, I have no option to add any text to the nl-BE field.
Only option I have is to upload a wav file. But it seems a bit like an overkill to create and upload new wav files for all these system prompts.
Specially now the Enhanced TTS brings to much improvement.
