    Reading thru Add people with .csv file import - Genesys Cloud Resource Center  and cannot figure out what is 'role_division' vs 'division' in the csv file?

    name,email,phone_work,extension,title,department,email_manager,location_work,roles_divisions,queues,division,skills

    by the sample file format, we interpret it as 

    role1[,role2,...]: [Division1[; division2]]

    header - roles_divisions

    row1 - person1 - admin: [Antarctica; Cell Division]

    row2 - person2 - Communicate - Admin, Developer: [Antarctica]
