I have had a use case come across my desk and i am looking to see if anyone has done anything like this before?
Use case is:
Agent creates a scheduled callback on a live interaction, this time and date needs to be added as an activity in WFM as a reminder for them that they have a callback due.
The only callback API i can see that would be useable is /api/v2/conversations/callbacks/{conversationId} however would need the conversation ID. I could use the conversations API to grab this but ideally would like to scrape the scheduled callbacks list that is in the UI and then push these into WFM as activities?
Any advice?
