    Hi everyone
    Can I get confirmation that you can only insert an activity (non-timeoff) AFTER the schedule is published?  Before it is published I am able to add Timeoff but if I want to add let's say a meeting I am not allowed.  Is this standard.  ONLY timeoff can be approved/submitted/inserted BEFORe publishing?

    The schedule editor allows activity codes to be added after the schedule is published. For time off requests approved after schedule generation (published or unpublished), the recommendation is to utilize the time-off request sync mechanism in the schedule editor. If there are non-applied approved time off requests related to the schedule you will see a button with a yellow triangle and exclamation point that will open the time-off synchronization dialog.

    HI Shirley,
                 Hoping this helps, we are able to add any activity code time off related or not prior to publishing schedules. My team will go in and make sure all team meetings, trainings, and 1on1's are added on schedules prior to being published for agents to see them.  Not sure why you are getting an error stating that it is not allowed as we have never seen that issue.  I wonder if it might be access related?

    Thank you.  I have published my first schedule and afterwards training has to be added to an agent.  I can add the activity but I don' thave a save button and when I try to reschedule it says "must be saved" - I am going around in circles.  I have attached screenshot.

    HI Shirley,
        OK I think I understand now, the save button only appears before a schedule has been published.  Once a schedule has been published the first time and is available for all agents to view then there is no longer the save option, any changes added to the schedule after the first publish you would simply need to hit publish again to make those changes visible to the agents.

    Unpublished schedule: you can save changes or publish changes

    Published schedule: you can publish changes (publish in this case is really a save + re-publish in one step)

    Also, we should not be posting personal identifiable information (i.e., employee names) in Community. I would recommend deleting that attachment.

    I added a reply with attachment and then on edit deleted the attachment inline in message and saved and the image was removed.
