  • 1.  Adding Caller Options in a Call Flow

    I am trying to add caller options into a call flow, but this function is not easily found in Architect.  I want to give a caller 3 options to choose from and then route the call based on their selection.  How is this done?

    Hi Rich,

    You can do this by creating a menu on the inbound flow: Create a simple menu choice there is also a short video here on creating a menu
