Hi all,
We currently use mail merges to push work to agents. The body of the email contains a case number. I'm looking for a way to extract the case number from the body of the email and assign it as a 'contact ID' so that we can filter it in the interactions view.
In the inbound email flow i've added a task as below containing this expression: If(IsSet(Email.Message.body) AND Contains(Email.Message.body, "Case Number: "), Substring(Email.Message.body, FindString(Email.Message.body, "Case Number: ") + Length("Case Number: "), 8), "no id")

I'm unsure if this is the correct way to assign or if there is a better way?
