    Hello all,
    I have some question about "Dashboards".
    Does it possible to add multiple agents/users to the "dashboard widget"? How?
    Can we add according to:
    1. Division
    2. Skill (/Skill Level)
    3. Group
    4. other?
    I didn't find the answer on https://help.mypurecloud.com/ portal

    #Reporting/Analytics
    #SystemAdministration
    #Unsure/Other

    Currently they are added individually.  Great idea though.  Here are a couple you can vote on.  It looks like the first one is getting traction:
