Hi Nick,
We actually use wrap-up notes a little differently in our environment. Agents add feedback when transcription misses certain phrases or when voice quality impacts the transcript. Combined with thumbs down feedback, it makes it easier to flag and filter interactions for review.
It would be interesting if summaries or feedback signals could be surfaced in a similar way. Curious to hear if others in the community have implemented something similar.

I am trying to get the call summary from GET /api/v2/conversations/${input.conversationid}/summaries and then use an ACW trigger to leverage the PATCH /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId} to take the call summary and update the wrap up notes.
When I do this, it does update the wrap notes

But in content search, it still displays as no wrap up notes

I really like the view of hovering over the wrap up notes to quickly see a summary when the notes are adding by the user during/after the call

Anybody know another way than asking the agent to copy and paste the summary into notes?
