  • 1.  Adding WFM Schedule to the Agent's Activity Home Page

    2 part question. 

    Are we able to add a WFM Schedule to the Agent's Activity home page?  Currently the Agent only sees their schedule on their 'home page' but wants to view their Team's schedule here as well. 

    Any tricks on how to edit the Agent's activity 'home page'?

    The only way to see other agent's schedules is in the schedule view.  I guess you could give them read-only access to the schedule view and show them how to choose the team from the filter at the top, but a little overkill.  Sorry, but I don't know of any other way.  Even Supervisors can't see multiple schedules.  There are no ideas out there for this, but I suggest you create one with a use case.  What do you think this would accomplish for the agents?

    Thanks for your post, and thanks Robert for your response.

    As Robert has pointed out this isn't currently something easily accomplished in GC.

    There is an Idea for this (below). It would be great if you could add your vote to it, and also comment on your use cases here:
