    Hi Team,

    PFA. May I know how the address for the location is verified in purecloud?
    In my organization, I see only a few of the locations are having verified symbols, but the rest of locations don't have verified status or symbols.

    From my experience it has to be able to find the information you put into the location in whatever Genesys uses for verification.  I usually start with country/state then work my way down to the address.  Once, the verification would work for 1002 and 1005, but not for 1003 which was the actual address.  Had to open a ticket for them to put that into their database or force the verification.
