Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi All,

Would like to check for Genesys Cloud subscription do we need to include additional users license for Admin role? OR this is included as default courtesy license?

Tricky question.  Unfortunately access to certain permissions in GC may require a subscription level.  For instance, if you want to view queues, you need Agent license so for an Admin to see the queues, they would need that subscription.  Now, with the new CLI, you can have admins access programming through the CLI using only an OAuth which does not take a subscription.

HI Chin

Is it the billing subscription information you're wanting to be able to view?  Then yes, you can give a user just the employee role and create a second role with the Billing privileges you want.  That will only use a Collaborate license.
