    Hi Gennaro, I have looked through that, but wondering what people are actually using those different roles for out there in the real world, ie one for a "customer" admin vs the other for "partner" admins?

    It depends of what you want to achieve with different Roles. You can create a "CustomerAdmin" Role with specific permissions that meet your needs as well with a "PartnerAdmin"  

    Start with "What the persons with Admin Roles should should not do"? Try to see if standard role meet your requirements otherwise create a new one

    The admin role is basic administrative rights. The Master Admin role adds on Contact Center administrative rights.

    So which one would you assign to a business team and which one would be for IT - assuming that all flows, routing, telephony, most system administrative functions are handled by IT?
