Two parts here. IF you have a messaging platform like WhatsApp et al that can pass traffic to the Open Messaging platform, then Genesys could receive it, but Messaging client has to support it for it to be shown properly. As for Dialog Engine Digital Bot Flows supporting it for outbound, that is up to the Bot team to implement.

Anyway, as per the use case, you are referring customer end can format the Data and show into adaptive card not from Genesys side ?
By any chance any solution we have in Genesys side so we can use it and send the Adaptive card, Customer want Genesys to do that.
