Hi All,

I have a question related to advanced leave management process.
If agent submits a leave (or time-off) request in advance for upcoming months and it gets approved as well. Then, while generating schedule in Genesys Cloud WFM, do I need to perform any specific step or system will automatically consider the approved time-off and generate time-off for that particular agent?

If approved prior to schedule generation, then we will attempt to schedule the time off request.

In some limited circumstances it might not be possible to schedule the time off constraints due to constraint violations. In those limited cases in addition to 'catching' time off requests approved after schedule generation, we have an automatic application capability within the schedule editor. For that process the Time Off Synchronization dialog will be presented where you can select which time off requests to apply within the schedule editor.
