    Hello, 

    Does anyone know how often the Advocacy Store restocks or adds new items?

    I'm finally looking to redeem some points, but most of the items I'm interested in are out of stock-and the remaining apparel is mostly women's clothing, which isn't really a fit for me.😂

    Hey Caleb, I'd have the same question! I check every so often and haven't seen a restock in some time. Maybe someone from Genesys can comment here?

    I have the same experience... most of the items are 0 quantity...  I wish they add some new items from the "Genesys Store" ..

    My wife is eager to get the water bottle, and my old Genesys tee is getting tired, so it's time to get a fresh one :D

    A few days ago they made an adjustment to the page.
    Products that are out of stock are no longer available for viewing.

    I think they did that so we wouldn't get anxious, haha.

    Hi folks! You correctly spotted that we removed sold out items from the Advocacy Rewards Store in preparation for our upcoming restock. 😅 We're in the process of restocking some of your old favourites as well as adding new Orchestrators items. This restock has taken a bit longer than usual, as we've also been setting up regional distributors in LATAM and APAC, partnering with local vendors to shorten delivery times. We don't have a timeframe to share with you just yet, but we hope to offer a more localized rewards experience very soon.

     
    Later this month, we'll also have a limited number of free passes to Xperience available for 800 points.
     
    When we have more news to share about our regional distributors and new items, we'll post an announcement in the Orchestrators portal, so you don't miss out!
